At HandTalks™, all sales are final once items have been mailed out. Please double-check your order before submitting. We do not offer refunds or returns after shipment unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• Choose between a full refund or a replacement.

Let us know whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.

Email info@gethandtalks.com with your order number.

Include clear photos or videos of the issue and the shipping box.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not shipped yet.

Once packaging or shipping begins, we cannot cancel (we move fast… like our hand gestures).

To cancel, email info@gethandtalks.com as soon as possible.
