At HandTalks™, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
After reviewing the issue, we will, at our discretion:
- Provide a replacement product, or
- Issue a full refund.
To process a claim, we may request photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Products that have been used, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Products purchased in error.
- Customers who simply change their mind or are unhappy with the product after delivery.
Custom Products
Custom-made products are created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
For this reason, custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment, it can no longer be canceled.
Limitation of Liability
HandTalks™ is sold as a novelty, entertainment, and personal expression product.
By purchasing and using this product, you agree that HandTalks™, GetHandTalks.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, vehicle damage, traffic incidents, road rage incidents, legal disputes, fines, citations, or other consequences resulting from the use or misuse of this product.
Users are solely responsible for using the product safely and in accordance with all applicable laws.
